Bookings
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure the date. Appointment's are confirmed once the deposit is received and acknowledged.
A contract must be signed prior to the wedding date.
Appointment are a first-come first serve basis. Dates and times are not held without deposit payment.
A minimum of 3 services are required to secure a booking. Depending on the timing & number of services, additional artist may need to be brought on. A $15 additional artist fee will be applied per artist brought on alongside the owner, Victoria.
In the rare event the artist is unable to fulfill the appointment, the deposit will be returned in full.
Payment Policy
Payments are to be made in full via E-transfer at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
A non refundable $25 deposit is required to secure a date. This deposit is separate from the final payment.
Last-minute additions on the wedding day are subject to availibility and must be paid for in full before services are rendered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. If the artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made including the $25 deposit paid upon booking. Best efforts will be made to find a replacement artist.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
All brushes, combs, and products are properly cleaned before and after each client. Products are checked regularly for cleanliness, expiration, and contamination.
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to the appointment.
Services may be refused if there are contagious conditions, open wounds, or infections present.

Client Responsibilities
On-location clients must provide a clean, well-lit, and safe workspace.
A table space must be provided for each artist and outlets must be present for use. Artists will bring their own lighting set up and makeup chairs.​
Clients are responsible for arriving with a clean face and/or clean dry hair unless otherwise agreed. Arriving with wet hair will result in a $50 blow dry fee.
Reference photos are encouraged but results may vary based on skin type, hair texture, and facial structure.
The stylist is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to undisclosed conditions or unrealistic expectations.
Travel & On-locations Services
A $20 travel fee is required within the Niagara region to each artist brought on. If the location of service is outside a 35-kilometre radius from the artists base location, an additional travel fee of 1.05 per kilometer will be applied to the $20 Niagara region travel fee.
Any parking fees, tolls, valet or accommodations are the clients responsibly and will be reimbursed to the artist(s).
A suitable, well-lit and safe workspace must be provided at the location.
Late fee

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will have their service shortened to avoid impacting other appointment. A $50 late fee will be applied.
Arrival beyond 30 mins may be considered a cancellation with no refund.
Right to refuse Service
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with these policies.
